External Parking Permits

**Flex passes must be activated for each day of use once you are parked. Please note that activating a pass does not guarantee a parking space. If no parking is available after you have activated your flex pass, refunds will not be issued.
**Flex Passes will expire 180 days after the date of purchase.
**Flex Passes are non-refundable.
**Flex Passes cannot be shared or transferred to other parkers.

** TO ACTIVATE AFTER PURCHASE SEE BELOW STEPS**:

1. Park your vehicle
2. Log in to the Concord parking portal and go to "ACCOUNT".
3. Select "ADD TODAY" from the parking permit listed
4. Please ensure your session is activated before leaving your vehicle.

MUST BE ACTIVATED FOR EACH DAY OF USE
